A case study approach will be implemented where Nafi members have to walk through a detailed implementation as to how to implement ISO 20000 in terms of its certification by an authorized certification authority like BSI or ANSI.
This intensive course will enable our Nafi members to develop the expertise so that they can support an organization in implementing and managing a Service Management System (SMS) as specified in ISO/IEC 20000.
