Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PHP Developer to join our team, who will be responsible for customizing and developing new features for our Moodle-based learning management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP programming, experience with Moodle customization, and proficiency in other programming languages such as JavaScript and Python.

Responsibilities:

• Customize and develop new features for our Moodle-based LMS

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented PHP code

• Integrate third-party libraries and APIs into Moodle

• Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize project requirements

• Troubleshoot and debug issues with Moodle plugins and themes

• Optimize Moodle performance and scalability

• Write unit tests and ensure code quality

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in PHP development

• Experience with Moodle customization and development

• Strong proficiency in PHP programming

• Experience with JavaScript and Python programming languages

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and SQL

• Experience with version control systems such as Git

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with other programming languages such as Java or C++

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker)
