Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces and be proficient in using design tools such as Figma. You will be responsible for crafting engaging, responsive designs that offer seamless experiences across various devices and platforms. Strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential for this role.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs that enhance user experience and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design Creation:

• Design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and with attention to detail.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate ideas and concepts clearly.

Responsive Design:

• Develop mobile-first and responsive designs that ensure optimal user experience across various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).

• Adapt designs to different screen sizes while maintaining consistency and usability.
   

User-Centered Design:

• Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate findings into actionable design solutions.

• Continuously test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to align designs with project goals.

• Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders, ensuring clarity in design rationale and user needs.

• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and agile ceremonies.

Design System & Consistency:

• Contribute to and maintain the design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.

• Ensure designs are accessible, meet usability standards, and align with brand guidelines.

Key Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• Proven experience in designing responsive and user-centric interfaces.

Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.

• Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices.

• Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

• Experience in creating responsive layouts for mobile and desktop environments.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present, explain, and defend design decisions effectively.

• Ability to collaborate with developers, and product managers in an agile development environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to challenges.

Portfolio:

• A portfolio showcasing your design work (web and mobile) is required.

• The portfolio should highlight your design process, user flows, wireframes, and final designs.
